Halloween 2012

We had lots of Halloween celebrations this year.

Lala helped me make a really cute dress for Fall.  Nora loved it!

Lala had a witches party for all her favorite 'ghouls'.  Of course she went all out between the food & decorations.

every witch got a bucket with their food, including a 'sandwitch', & some treats

there was a carmel apple bar

tomato soup with sour cream webs on top

fruits, veggies, cheese & crackers

lots of treats

even witches hats (moon pies & dipped cones)

melted witches

witch potion to drink

I didn't take many pictures, but I did get a couple shots of them witches.  Every one came all dressed up.

Nora came to visit with Daddy & Travis.  She enjoyed all the treats she could find!

One day Nora was 'playing' with Grandpa Steve & Daddy while they were watching tv.  Apparently they were so into their show they didn't care she was putting tiny hats on their big heads.  Or...they just love her so much they do whatever she wants.  =)

The last Saturday before Halloween we put on the Fall Festival at church.  It was a TON of work but it's over!  We had a good turnout, as always.  We wore our family costume...minions from Despicable Me.  Since it is Nora's favorite movie we decided to go with it.  Isn't Aaron the best to go along with it?  Everyone loved it!

Nora even had a unicorn like the minions made

The Fall Festival had a photo booth & I got Bryce & Nora to stop long enough for a picture.  Aren't they cute?

Once Halloween made it here we were ready with Nora's 2nd costume.  Last year her sushi costume wasn't a big hit while trick or treating.  Apparently people didn't get it when she was the only one dressed up.  This year I didn't want that to happen so I made her a more basic costume for trick or treating...a flamingo!  She loved it!

and of course the one legged stance!

The flamingo costume has now become dress up clothes.  The skirt has replaced her 'Call Me Baby' skirt from the summer.  It now goes with every outfit and requires lots of twirling, dancing, and singing to 'Call Me Baby' the instant she puts it on.  She's the best!
