Fisher-Price House Party

Every so often I apply to host some house parties at house party.com. I finally got picked for one & boy was it a great one! It was the Fisher-Price Joy of Learning party. They sent 2 huge boxes of toys & goodies. The toys alone were over $300!

They sent goody bags for the party guests that were worth $15+ each.

We got the house decorated with their printables, the toys assembled, & snacks ready.  Nora couldn't wait!

We got the Princess Singing Castle, Wheelies Amusement Park, & Serving Surprises Kitchen

Kitchen with all 5 accessory kits

Fisher-Price shaped almond cookies, browned butter pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, fruit, & ants on a log

Finally it was play time & all the guests arrived!
Most of the kids

Chaos & fun took over...

The kids filled up on yummy snacks...

And finally colored (part of their goody bag treats) before heading home.

Nora & I were exhausted after the party was over but had a blast!  Thanks Fisher-Price for letting us host the party.  We loved all of it!

Playdates

Nora & I are lucky enough to have some great friends.  We get to have play dates most Wednesdays with them.  We love Wednesdays now!  Our favorite play date is to play at the park & go have pizza afterwards.  You can't beat sunshine & 99cent kids meals!  Sometimes it's cold, rainy, or a special occasion & we do something different.  Sometimes we're lucky enough to have others join us (they're always welcome to).  No matter what the date, as long as we've got our friends, we enjoy it!
Here's a few pictures from some of our play dates:

5 Minutes Time

The other day I decided to capture some of Nora's play time.  I sat beside her for about 5 minutes and mostly watched while taking pictures.  Here are some:

Her new fav toy:  Daddy's ties he leaved on the floor in their shared closet.  =)

She tried on a few hats, in remembrance of her dear old band...

Then, she was on to her fabulous wooden toy from Gramma.

It has beads to move...

doors to open...

wires to hold onto while looking in the toy bin...

Then, it's on to other toys.

Love some play time!  All in 5 minutes' time...
